The Pili Hand Balm will solidify after it is placed at room temperature for a few hours. The shape of the hand balm will change after being melted and resolidified; however, it will not affect the effectiveness of the product. We do not replace melted products. This is such a unique, cute & well performing product. Love the heart shape. Comes in a little case, a thoughtful detail. Light herbal scent. Feels super nourishing & protective. There is some kind of magic bc it absorbs SO fast without any greasy feel at all! Hands feel soft & soothed. Helps with any dryness/cracks. Really well done all around.
I love this hand balm that is very effective and only a little bit goes a long way. The container is very helpful for me to carry it in my bag. I find that I don't need to apply too many times in a day like my other lotion product. I will repurchase when I run out.

My hands are protected for much longer time and I don't need to reapply all the time like the lotion and cream that I was using.
